Welcome back to a new tutorial from TikkieTrack.
In this guidance we show you how to create projects.
Projects are important to create, so that you can Trackdown who did the project and keeps the right information containly at this project.
Step 1: Create "Projects"
As you seen on the dashboard (in green) we have zero projects.
Let's click to "Projects" to create a new project for "George" The Employee.
Step 2: Creating a "New Project"
Click on "+ New Project" (In blue)
Then you are able to create a project.
Step 3: Fill in the new creating project
This screenshot is an example
- Give the project a name (orange)
- Give the project a budget (blue)
- Give the project a description (yellow)
- Fill in the date of start and end of the project. (Arrows)
Click "Create Project" to save this item.
Click Cancel to stop the project.
Step 4: You created a project "Well done"
Excelent you have created your first Project: Mentioned as "cleaning week 30" in our example. (See in yellow)
Want to delete the project? Click red.
Want to edit the project? Go blue.
Want to create another project: "+ New Project"
Step 5: Return to the dashboard
Return to the dashboard now you see active 1 Project (yellow) and upcomming deadline (red).
On the botom right you see your deadlines with information (blue) and you can move back to projects quick by following the green arrow.
Well done, feel free to add more Projects on your purpose.
Now you can see more information at your dashboard about the project you have created, good job!
